Each year McNitt conducts a trade show marketing seminar for the Delco Chamber members to give them affordable, effective and creative ideas. Diane focuses on non-profit organizations and the small business owners' needs so they won't spend unnecessary money, will present a pleasing display and receive a good return on their investment. Many of Diane's former "students" have won awards bestowed by the Chamber for either Most Creative, Best Small Business, Best Large Business, and Most Informative. McNitt Marketing has designed booths for established businesses such as Elko Associates, new businesses like Arbonne, and non-profits, like the Cardinal Krol Center. A Delco Chamber member since 1992, Diane was named the 2000 "Small Business Person of the Year," served on the Chamber board and is active with the Small Business Committee. After 23 years planning and promoting local trade shows, expos and national conventions for employers, clients and non-profit organizations, Diane McNitt, McNitt Marketing, literally "practiced what she preaches" in having her own booth — the Fiesta Siesta — in coordination with the "Fiesta" theme at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce's 26th annual B-to-B expo.Diane McNitt Honored by Drexel University |

As a Design & Merchandising student, Diane was the Student Dean, served on Student Government, was a member of Omicron Nu and the Key & Triangle Honorary Societies and received numerous service and academic awards. As an alumna, Diane was President of the Alumni Club of Delaware County, served on the Alumni Board of Governors, and was an officer of the Alumnae Planning Board. Diane has received numerous awards and recognitions, including being named the "Small Business Person of the Year" by the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Among her achievements is a "Special Projects" award from the Delaware County Press Club for her promotion and planning of a client's 50th Anniversary and a "Gold Award" in the promotional products category of Business Forms, Labels & Systems magazine's annual design competition. McNitt Marketing serves local entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, national companies and international manufacturers. Prior to this, McNitt was Associate Publisher of a business-to-business trade journal and marketing manager for an office/health-care products manufacturer.
